I have caught this show on the odd occasion and laughed at all the various oddities that other various oddities collect. On the preview to next week's show they announced that they would be talking to an oddity of our genre - a 1:6th scale collector! I saw a number of Dragon figures and at least one Kubelwagon. Catch it next Friday 28 August at 8pm on ABC1.

G'day all! Geetings from sunny Brisbane, (well, until the storms start again!)

I've been collecting 1/6th stuff for a few years now, mainly Modern/Vietnam stuff, have 1 WW1 figure and 2 WW2 figures. I pretty much buy what i like! nothing in particular except i like weapons!
Looking for work at the moment, was a storeman. Thanks Global Finacial Crisis! I am a volunteer with the SES, into 4wding, camping, driving, movies, music, and of course, eating and drinking! none...

Greetings to all, its been a very long time since I posted and longer since I had a beer and a chat with you Adelaide G.P. ers, maybe catch up with you soon. Thats not the reason I'm posting just letting you all know of the passing of my Brother in laws father" Paddy" Daly. He served in WW2 with No.5 commando and then with the S.A.S. in the Middle East and Crete, not many of his mates made it home so to reach his 80's was a great effort, shame about the love of army issue...

G'day All,

I've got half a dozen sets available to GPHQ members of ACE's US Tropical uniform and leatherette/cloth jungle boots, which was released late year with a figure resembling Lt. Dan, Gary Sinise. These sets are new, and were a major find.

They're $28.50 each, which includes Australian postage for GPHQ members.
